Dapper Dogs and Seasonal Veg - Kate and Rob's Industrial Autumnal Wedding

Hi all,

Today we are bringing you a real wedding from October last year.  Kate and Rob got married at 99 Mary St which is quite and industrial venue, however with a gorgeous floaty dress and veil, a flower crown and a pretty dapper doggy in tow the day had whimsical, boho undertones.

Kate wanted plenty of texture to her flowers and wow did T deliver? Kate's bouquet was full of thistles, succulents, spray roses and seed pods.  Kate's floral crown was absolutely stunning, full of large blooms which really gave Kate that classic boho look.

The couple really brought the outside in with the venue decorations, embracing seasonality and filling the area with vegetables and other seasonal blooms.

This wedding did appear on Whimsical Wedding Wonderland blog if you want to check it out by following the link.

Huge thanks to Ellie Grace Photography for the stunning shots.  You can just get a glimpse on the super talented Julia Jeckell in the first pic too who was responsible for Kate's beautiful hair and make up.  Enjoy!

Autumn Leaves Shoot

Hi all,

Another day, another amazing photoshoot.  This time we are bringing you a wonderfully warm Autumnal shoot, which we thought was really timely as we're getting lots of enquiries for gorgeous Autumn weddings at the moment.  I just love the lighting on this shoot it just really takes you away to a sunny yet cold Autumnal day, kicking up leaves and drinking hot chocolate (or is that just me?).

T designed a large bouquet and in the spirit of the shoot used some dried materials from her and Shelley's garden as well as some fresh rusty, amber coloured blooms. T also designed a gorgeous hair piece, again including fresh flowers as well as foraged materials.

Massive shout out to Jenn Edwards for the hair and make up, Kate Beaumont for the dress and of course the super talented Shelley Richmond for the photography.  Click on the links to see more from these guys.  Enjoy!

Luxe Gold and Large Blooms - Amy and Ashley's Super Stylish Summer Wedding

Hi all,

Today I am bringing you a wedding that I have been wanting to get up on the blog for a while but for one reason or another I just haven't got around to it.  So today is the day!  This wedding really shows you what we mean when we talk about 'Luxe'.  This is a word we have been using quite a lot lately and you can absolutely see why it's such a popular trend from the pictures below.  Amy and Ashley got married back in August last year at the Woodland Hotel Leeds.

One of the first things that Amy said to us was that she loves flowers (music to our ears!) and that she particularly liked large open blooms.  The colour pallet that we had to work with was soft blushes with rich warm golds with the design of the bouquet being very wild and unstructured with plenty of foliage.  T went for large bloom roses including vendella, sweet avalanche, David Austin 'Kiera' and 'Patience'.  Other flowers and foliage included in the design were pale pink astilbe, lisianthus, wax flower, eucalyptus, green bell and jasmine trails.

The couple chose a simple but very beautiful bouquet of pink astilbe for their bridesmaids with a super cute floral crown for the flower girl.  Buttonholes were a simple focal design with corsages for the ladies.

Again the venue flowers were the epitome of 'Luxe' with large open blooms and simple style.

Massive thanks to Shelly at Toast of Leeds for letting us have these gorgeous photographs which were also featured on Whimsical Wedding Wonderland blog.
